You can see that there's 18 Unsubscribes...and also 18 clicks on every other URL within this email. This of course is statistically impossible. So, can you suggest how I can trouble shoot this and fix? Have you ever seen this before?

My Sendy installation is on domain.com. This domain is verified in Amazon SES and the Custom Mail From is set to mail.domain.com in Amazon SES. The DKIM, SPF, and Mail From DNS entries are all entered in my domain registrar DNS Namecheap and all are green verified in Amazon SES.

However, when I send out an email campaign from Sendy, the DMARC verification fails for the email, and the DKIM and SPF verifications pass though.

How do I get DMARC verification to pass?

I change domain, I restore license, edit config file..but still have file not found..what I can do?

The sendy.mydomain.com domain is mapped to the Sendy Document Root path: public_html/sendy via virtual domain configuration

The track.mydomain.com domain is mapped to the Sendy Document Root path: public_html/sendy via virtual domain configuration. This way, when I open the track.mydomain.com domain, the Sendy login opens.

Additionally, I added extra settings to my .htcaccess file.

Ben, your solution does not fix the issue and if I use the post url you have to subscribe a user all I get returned is '1'

Is this some issue with my hosting server or a problem with Sendy's API?

I am trying to migrate Sendy from https://domain.com/sendy/ to https://edm.domain.com/ but am not getting the desired result despite following the instructions in the above article.

Problem:

• despite making the advised changed, once I open a tab with https://edm.domain.com I get redirected to the previous https://domain.com/sendy/ address

Steps taken:

• verified subdomain DocumentRoot is correct
• ensured /includes/config.php is updated
• tried to reset the cron but cannot do so on the new address due to the above
• tested by placing a "hello world" index.php into the root of https://domain.com/sendy and can confirm that despite all relevant files being present in https://edm.domain.com/, I am still getting redirected. This suggests there is some sort of validation happening on an app-level I am not aware of

Could it possibly be that I have to announce a domain change to Sendy even though its just a subdomain?

This isn't through SES, I didn't put any key info in.

When I created the brand I setup SMTP as "other" - we're using SMTP.com

On the smtp.com side we setup the name and password, and set it to SASL.

In sendy we entered the same name, password, and port 587, also tried 2525

I've tried the same test campaign 4 times.

It says pending for a little while, then sent with the full count of the test list size.

The queue is empty - it's never had a single record, the AUTO_INCREMENT is still set to 1.

Just to make sure, I watched the queue while "pending" and after sent, it was empty the entire time.

Smtp.com shows zero for the "usage" (i.e. no emails have gone through that channel).

Our inboxes also never get the test email.

Please advise.

When I setup my campaign in Sendy and send it (to myself for now). It doesnt replace the [firstname] token int he subjectline but does replace it in the email body, but also wont replace [companyindustry], or [companystate] at all in the message body.

How do I fix this?

However when I try to implement HTTP API following this https://sendy.co/api, but it always got error "No data passed" on every request.

I'm new to using Sendy and so far I think it's wonderful! I'm posting here in hopes that a posted solution to my problem will help others experiencing the same/similar. I was having problems editing my campaign email and I had several instances of trying to Save and it went to a "forbidden" page and I lost my changes. I emailed Ben and he was immediately responsive in identifying the issue with "mod_security" (https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#403-forbidden-error-when-clicking-save-and-next), though the "htaccess" solution didn't work for me and Hostinger support wasn't much help. I'm using Sendy on shared hosting with Hostinger and found a security setting that can be changed to fix this issue. Under the website dashboard, navigate to Performance - CDN, "Manage" button, Security tab, and then change the Security Level from Medium to Low. Now it works great! You can also turn security Off, though I've decided to simply change this setting when editing a campaign and changing it back again when I'm finished. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Ben!

I purchased the email sending service with Sendy today. I completed the Amazon SES registration process and verified my email and domain.

It is currently under review by the Amazon SES team. To test the system, I used the 200 email sending service that was provided to me, but I sent an email to an address with @hotmail.com and another email in the format of my website's name. Example: example@domain.com

There are a total of 3 email addresses in the list. One of them is the email I am using with the system, but the other two cannot be delivered. The error code I received is as follows: Undelivered emails with error code 0.

I chose the Frankfurt region when registering with Amazon SES. Could this be causing the issue?

I have SSH access to my server, and I previously followed the time update procedure mentioned in the forum, but the problem persists.

Apart from this, the campaign email I sent through Sendy is being delivered to the email address I'm registered with in the system, but it is appearing as spam.

I have a four-email drip campaign that is not getting sent when I remotely hit the URL:

In version 6.1, I notice that the send schedule seems to expect a segment, and so I created an "All Users" segment defined by "Signed up after Jan 1 2014".

However, my drip campaign mails are still not getting sent.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot? Thanks so much!
