Cron setup is not detected

Hi, My cron job setup is correct and i checked that they are running on the server but the application display the message of please setup cron and i can't schedule sending at all

    Hi,

    If your cron job is working, it will remove the cron job setup instructions, then you will be able to schedule emails.

    If the cron job instructions does not go away, then your cron job is not working, then you will not be able to schedule emails, because your cron job is not working.

    So you need to make sure your cron job is working. I suggest contacting your hosting provider regarding your cron job and why it is not working. Send the cron job instructions to your hosting support.
