An autoresponder email isn't being sent out

That email is set to be sent out 2 days after my subscribers sign up. The welcome email and the 1-day-after-sign-up email were sent out successfully to a subscriber, but the 2-days-after-sign-up one wasn't sent out to her.

I checked her join_date in MySQL, and the value is 1534039020. So she has signed up for 3 days and was supposed to get the 2-days-after-sign-up autoresponder email.

What could be the possible cause?

P.S. I had no choice but to resort to campaign to make up one for her. But I'm unable to do that manually for every future subscriber.

    Hi Ian,

    There are no known issues with Autoresponders.

    Please ensure your cron job for autoresponders.php is set to run every 1 minute (not anything more).
