[Ubuntu] 500 error when viewing webversion of newsletter

I've installed and got running Sendy on my hosting, however when I try to view the webversion of the newsletter i get an 500 Internal Server Error.

Any ideas on how I can start debugging what is causing this

Thanks, that's worked as the .htaccess was hidden so missed on upload

Ironically I had massive issues having to add .php on the back of and urls, turns out this would have fixed that too!
