Unlicensed custom domain license error

Hello Ben,

I purchased two license for sendy and I changed the domain for one license and it ran well for 2-3 days and now when i log into it said that I need to buy custom domain license, even though i am using the same domain and not using any other domain apart from the license domain.

please look into it as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    If you get a 'Unlicensed custom domains' error, this is an issue with your license key that's stored in the database being invalid.

    • Login to your MySQL database via phpmyadmin (or any other way you like, eg. SSH)
    • Go to the login table.
    • Ensure that the value of the license column in the first row is set exactly to your correct Sendy license key
