Tags not working

Hello,

I'm using Sendy v4.0.3.4 and I'm just testing my first campaign with Sendy.

In my list I added a custom field "First Name".

In my campaign body I use the tag [FirstName,fallback= ] to display the contact's firstname but when I send test message to contacts who have this field filled nothing displays at the tag's place.

I tried with the tag [Name,fallback=] but nothing displays neither.

I really don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,

Please ensure that the subscriber's 'Name' field or the custom field 'First Name' in their record is populated with a value and not blank. Otherwise the tag will be converted to a blank value.
