Bounce and Complaint testing not captured in report

I've created a list with the SES debugging addresses, e.g. bounce@simulator.amazonses.com, and emailed that list a message.

I received 3 failure/out-of-the-office messages, but nothing was updated in the campaign report.

I can see the SNS setup linked to 'bounce' and 'compaint' in the SES admin area, as pet the Sendy setup guide. Is there anything else I need to do to make this work?

  • I just sent a test campaign to bounce@simulator.amazonses.com and verified that it's working.

    Can you please PM me your installation URL, email and password. As well as your Amazon login so that I can find some clues to your issue? Thanks.
