Known issue: I exceeded my daily limit but in one list I have about 500 emails more. Any idea how can I move those 500 to another list quickly?
I need to send that newsletter urgently.

There's no way to move 500 to another list quickly. I suggest requesting Amazon for 'Extended Access' to increase your daily limit to a number you need http://aws.amazon.com/ses/extendedaccessrequest so that you won't have such an issue later.
