Bounce not being registered in the campaign report

Hi,

I have the latest sendy installed but there is some odd behavior happening.

  • Bounces are not being shown the the campaign report
  • Bounces are being shown in the list report

any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    If bounces handling was not setup correctly, you will get a 'Bounces & complaints not setup' warning message when you attempt to send a campaign. If you ignore the warning and click 'Sendy anyway', bounces and/or complaints will not be registered in Sendy.
