Thank you email not sent

Hi.

I just create new list, and go to setting to create thank you page (single opt-in) but, when i test subscribe, the thank you email never sent and, I test to create a drip autoresponder, and the immedietly email from the autoresponder never sent..

at 1st i suspect for amazon SES
and then i test sent broadcast email, and its working, email broadcast is sending.

what it happen..?

    1. Please ensure that the ‘From email’ set in your Brand Settings is verified in your Amazon SES console.
    2. If you attempted to verify any emails or domains in your Amazon SES console and the status is 'failed' or 'pending confirmation', please either complete the verification or remove the 'failed' email or domain
    3. If you attempted to verify the sending domain's DKIM and it's in 'pending' or 'failed' status, please either complete the verification or do not verify DKIM at all

    Also, try updating your Sendy to the latest version.

    I don't know whya, the DKIM is verified but, i forget to click from diseble to enable.
