Importing into a list

Ben, let me thank you for this awesome product. I was able to import lists fine until this morning. I have a list with about 6,000 names and it only imports 1. I have gone through your past support forums and none of your suggestions seem to work. I have tried setting up a cron job, tried erasing the list setup and redoing, but nothing seems to work.
