Question on bounces

Ben, quick question on bounces. When a message is marked as a bounce (after one send), am I correct in assuming that is a hard bounce, not a soft bounce? We want to sync data back to another system, and we want to make sure we remove hard bounces.

Yes that's correct. If you see a bounce in Sendy, it's a hard bounce. Soft bounces are invisible to you, see http://forum.sendy.co/discussion/964/can-we-see-both-hard-soft-bounces#Item_2
