Sendy autoresponders not going out

I have set up a CRON job for Sendy, but autoresponders don't trigger once one signs up using the sendy form.

I am currently using the 'Thank you email', as a way to send out messages once one has successfully filled the sendy form, this works

I need a way to get autoresponders to send emails immediately and subsequently

Please help!.

    Hi,

    1. Please ensure your cron job for autoresponders.php is set to run every 1 minute (not anything more)
    2. Please ensure that you have ‘Enabled’ your autoresponder email after creating them, they are ‘Disabled’ by default.
