Schedule campaign inside Brand account

Hi,
Why inside Brands accounts not show Schedule email campaigns?
If I login not main account but Brand account Schedule is not active.
How to fix that?

  • Hi,

    Have you setup the cron job for scheduling emails?

    When you're at the 'Define recipients' page (the page where you select recipients to send your campaign to), you will see the cron job setup instructions in a yellow box at the bottom of the page.

    You need to setup the cron job before you can schedule emails both in the main admin account and brand account.
