Can't send emails. says domain is invalid but it is verified. and no sandbox

While attempting to send, this error 500 is logged:
PHP Warning: SimpleEmailService::SetIdentityNotificationTopic(): Sender - InvalidParameterValue: Identity verified@domain.com is invalid. Must be a verified email address or domain.nin /includes/helpers/ses.php on line 529

I must say again that my domain is verified and I'm not in sandbox mode.
Please sir, can you help me?

    Your Amazon SES region is probably not set correctly in Sendy's main settings.

    Please refer to Amazon's email and see which 'region' you are granted 'production access' in.

    Then set the correct 'Amazon SES region' in your Sendy's settings:
