What emails uses up Amazon SES quota?

Hi, I am having 2 emails per day sent. It is not me. Below is the print screen:

Is there a way to determine who and what is sending?

Are the confirmation e-mails included in daily sending?

Hi,

Double opt-in confirmation emails, thank you emails, goodbye emails, 'campaign sent' notification emails, test emails etc all uses Amazon SES to send, your quota will be deducted when these emails are sent, not just campaign emails and autoresponder emails.
