Add parameter to all links?

Is there a way to automatically add a parameter to all links in the e-mail?

Specifically, I would like to start using OptinMonster to get newsletter e-mail subscribers with an exit intent pop-up. However, I don't want current newsletter e-mail subscribers to get this pop-up when they visit the site via a link from my newsletter. OptinMonster says if you add the parameter "/?omhide=true" to all the links, it will prevent the pop-up. For example
https://www.site.com/?omhide=true

I understand I can manually add this parameter to each link, but is there a way for Sendy to automatically add it to all links when it sends e-mails?

Yes, you can set it in the 'Query string' field when you create/edit a campaign or autoresponder:

The parameter will be appended to all links in your email.
