Do CSV imports trigger the thank you email?

If you add contacts to a list that has a thank you email, does that thank you email get triggered upon csv upload?

Just wondering, although it seems not, i am not sure.
If not, please add this text to the '/update-list' if possible. Other ESP's do send a thank you mail, can be confusing.

    Hi,

    No. Welcome emails only send when emails are added via Sendy's subscribe form or the subscribe API, not emails added via the user interface using CSV or the 'per line method’.
