Edit subscribers

Is it possible to edit a subscriber?

For example, when i view a list and click a subscriber email it pops up a window with the details such as email address, name, etc... and whatever custom fields are there.

Is it possible to edit these fields, so I can change custom fields info for example.

Also, on a side note, does your system store IP address and registration page the subscriber signed up on? I think that is part of can spam laws that if ever asked, i must provide page they registered on as well as IP they were on.
