Bulk 'unsubscribe' rather than delete.
When processing a list for a client for the 1st time, we would usually get an accompanying list of people who have unsubscribed. It's useful to actually have them unsubscribed and not completely deleted from the database for statistical purposes and a reference so they don't get re-added.
