Magento Integration

Hi guys. I have Sendy up and running on my server, now I need to integrate with Magento.
I saw some paid modules at the internet, but I dont want any "pretty face" and I dont want to spend more money. I just need my only list syncronized.
Someone have a simple solution for this?
