Can Thankyou and/or Confirmation URLs be placed in Opt-in Form?

I collect email subscriptions from a variety of my sites, blogs etc., yet they all go into one big master list. I'd like subscribers to get different thankyou pages and confirmation pages after they opt-in (rather than the one set in Sendy admin). Is this possible? Perhaps by adding something like a link in the original optin form? If so, how? Thanks.

You will need to code your own subscription form and call the subscribe API in order to do something as custom as this.
