Attachments of 2.2M and over fail to upload to sendy server

I'm trying to send a 4M attachment which fails and noticed that I can successfully send 2.1M attachments but not anything over 2.2M in size. I have checked the upload directory and the 2.2M+ files simply do not get uploaded - although I can see the uploading file status and success on the browser

    Hi,

    Your upload_max_filesize set in your server's php.ini is only 2M (two megabytes). You need to increase this number (contact your hosting support if you need help doing so).
