Last campaign sent to fewer people than the list size

Hi Ben,

My previous campaign was sent to two lists at the same time: one had 2662 members and the other had 7316 members; 9978 addresses in total. But the report shows the campaign was sent to 8298 email addresses. What could be reason for sending it to fewer people?

Hi,

There are many subscribers that exists inside both lists. In which case the 'sent number' is counted as 1, not 2. Hence the resulting 'total sent' number is lower.
