We are having problems in logging into our Sendy account at http://email.theytweetforyou.com/sendy/ . We have installed Sendy in what appears to be succesfully and also tried the methods in the troublshooting page but with no luck in logging in.
Any help or pointers would be great in resolving the issue.
As an update, I have solved the issue. It related to the 'Varnish' feature used by BlueHost for server side caching. It is turned on by BlueHost. Once turned off and disabled, I was able to login. Hope maybe that helps others facing the same issue with BlueHost and when trying to use Sendy.
