I have checked the forums, and all suggestions are to sync NTP, and ensure that the email and domain are verified, which they are.
I am not hosting at EC2, however.
Looking for some help with this, will PM admin with installation details.
Disregard, NTP was started, but was not syncing properly. NTP sync DID fix the issue.
Just to update for future users. On CentOS, if you have an issue where NTP is not updating, stop the ntpd service first:
service ntpd stop
service ntpd start
