We have found that emails sent to our clients with gmail accounts and having the auto response holidays enabled makes Amazon to notify through SNS bounces with bounce type "Undetermined".
This causes Sendy to mark these emails as Hard Bounce directly, which it shouldn't. I've tested the same with hotmail and yahoo accounts having enabled auto response too and there is no notification from Amazon. I understand the
Amazon says "Undetermined" bounce type does not count as Hard Bounce, so I understand Sendy should not do it either.
Do you think we should consider fixing this in Sendy?
We have clients who complained because they do not receive emails as they are marked as hard bounced because of the reason explained.
