Unsubscribes after sending

Hello, I am using the latest version of Sendy (6.1.3) with Amazon SES. Why are all emails in my list unsubscribed immediately after I send emails?

    When you send emails, the recipient’s ISP may scan the message content and follow each link to check for potential malware. In some cases, this can include the unsubscribe link, which may inadvertently cause a subscriber to be removed if triggered by the scanner.

    The solution is to set your list's 'Unsubscribe setting' to 'Double opt-out'. This requires the recipient to click another confirmation link in an opt-out email they'll receive before being removed from the list.

    To access list settings:

    1. Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar
    2. Click the pencil icon on the list item to edit its settings
