Getting the web version link of a campaign

Hello,

I know that we usually receive our weblinks through the campaign sent confirmation emails. However, last week we experienced an issue for a few days where some campaigns didn’t fully register as sent, so we didn’t receive the confirmation emails. When we tried to copy, paste, and send the weblinks to some of our clients by clicking the campaign links and the eye icon within Sendy, the links no longer led to the web version of the campaign. Instead, they directed to report links that require a sign-in to view.

Is this a bug, or has there been an update to how we should access the weblink version of a campaign?

    Hi,

    To get the 'web version link' (or 'weblink' as you call it) of the campaign you've sent, you can do the following:

    1. Visit the campaign report
    2. Right click the 'eye' icon and copy the link to get the generic web version URL
