Sending on behalf of clients with their own domain

edited November 2012 in Questions
We run a complete, managed email newsletter service for a growing client base. We write, design, code, spam-check and distribute each newsletter, and each - obviously - has a 'from' address related to that client's domain. From an answer elsewhere on the forum I understand that we can continue doing this if we use Sendy to replace our existing system (after we've registered our own domain!)

Am I right, or is there a potential problem here?

  • Hi @newsgenie, yes that's correct. You can create what we call multiple 'Brands'. Each brand may be a product or a client of yours. With each 'brand', you can use a unique 'from' email address to send emails from.
