What would happen?
shipping starts this morning from my email list, but six hours after the shipment is still in preparation, has not changed the number of duplicate emails remains at 22,510.

Did you set your cron job to run every 5 minutes?

And every 5 mins is set like this: */5

Hi, yes, looks good to me. Can you ask MediaTemple if there's any reason why it isn't running? I'm on MediaTemple as well, on dv4.0 server. There's something I need to turn on in FTP in order for cron to work. I'm not sure if its the same for grid or other servers. Best to check with MediaTemple.

on MediaTemple I have a GridServer, had already sent an email list of 42,000 recipients this new 230,000 buts not sent for two days. sample being sent but no changes, no shipping records in amazon SES.

actually email list subscribers was 12,000 but had stopped sending and forward four times, while reaching four emails to each of the undersigned.
the only thing I've changed since then, is to enable the cron job on MediaTemple and I have not been able to send my list of 230,000.
enable the cron job and I could not send this new list of 230,000.
MediaTemple says that all is well for them.

Hi @cloudcolumbia I checked your cron job command via your screenshot and realize the Command or script to execute part is entered incorrectly.

The command should exclude the */5 * * * * part.

to:
