Add Subscriber Control Panel
I have a Sendy client who is a non-profit and uses about 12 lists. Each list focuses on a different aspect of the organization, and many of the subscribers are on one or more lists.
I'd like there to be a "Manage Subscriptions" link (like Unsubscribe and View Web Version) that takes the user to a page where they can see all of the lists they are on and choose which lists they would like to add/remove. Additionally:
- Add a "Description" field on Lists - this can be displayed to the user to help them choose which lists to stay on.
- Add a "private" checkbox on Lists, this would hide the list from this view and not allow people to sign up for a private list like "Board Members".
