Fatal error: Class 'mysqli' not found in scheduled.php file line 17

edited January 2013 in Troubleshooting

Hi, Sendy Support Team. First, I just want to say that we love the Sendy system; thanks for building it!

We ran into a couple issues when we attempted to update the system to the latest version and when we reverted back to version 1.0.9 the sending has been stuck in the "preparing to send" status. So, I checked out the /sendy/scheduled.php file and it threw the error below. I couldn't find anything in the forum addressing this. Any ideas what may be up? Thanks for your help!!

Fatal error: Class 'mysqli' not found in /home/smbnet/public_html/sendy/scheduled.php on line 17

  • Looks like I just needed to install mysql lite on the server. Everything works great now and I successfully updated to 1.1.4.
    Thanks!

  • Yes you need to install mySQLi extension on your server.

Glad it's working for you now. :)
