Weird from the Weird

edited January 2013 in Troubleshooting

This is the weird thing that happened from all email self hosted software that i used for email marketing with amazon SES but this really happen and i can't understand.
Here we go...
I setup DKIM and is verified, email address is verified but when i use Sendy all emails go on spam.....Funny because when i send from the same email form amazon SES and the same subject line and same content go directly to inbox.
So what is going on?
I can give you the domain name and everything you need.
Something is wrong for sure

    Hi @tycefx,

When you send a test email directly from Amazon SES console, you're sending a plain text only email.

Emails sent from Sendy are multi part. That means, it combines plain text and HTML into one email.

Your email did not get pass the ISP's spam filter because of content, not your email address or anything else. Bad HTML coding can increase the chance of your email getting stuck in spam filters. There are many other criteria as well which you can find by searching.

    Thanks.

    Ben
