Adding subscribers fails

Adding subscribers via csv fails. All I did was add a user to the end of the csv I just imported 1 minute before so the format and file worked just fine. Any ideas?

    Does your CSV contain only 2 columns? One for name, second for email?

    Yeah it did could have been something else wrong with it though. This is no longer a problem with the latest version. Thanks
