Blank page when clicking the Unsubscribe link

As the title explained, I get blank email when clicked at the Unsubscribe link in the newsletter. What are the steps to do this properly?

    Were you able to access all other pages just fine?

    yes. no problem accessing other page.
    Only if I click the Unsubscribe link in the email I will get a blank page.

    I do a tail on error.log and this is what I got when accessing the unsubscribe page.

    Apache 2.2.16 and PHP 5.3.16

    its fixed. replace the file with version 1.0.7 fixed this.
