subscribe form just generates blank page with small grey box in the middle

Everything has been going swimmingly with Sendy until the last update to 1.1.5.4

Now when I fill out either of our online subscribe forms it loads the url /sendy/subscribe , but just shows a blank page with small grey box in the middle.

Ben you have our server and login details already - please advise?

    Hi Rod,

    I just tested using the subscribe form from your Main List, subscribed via the form and was redirected to the page you intended:

    My name and email also appears in your list after I subscribed.

    Everything worked from my test.
