Blank screen when visiting config.php

Hi there,

Bought Sendy about 1 hour ago! My domain is:

http://emails.pictureandword.co.uk

When I try to go to:

http://emails.pictureandword.co.uk/includes/config.php

I just get a blank page. Any ideas?

    Hi @njwrigley,

    You shouldn't be accessing the script, config.php. You should be visiting your Sendy installation URL. For your case, it should be http://emails.pictureandword.co.uk/

    When I visit http://emails.pictureandword.co.uk/, it says 'Can't connect to database'. Please make sure your database username, password and database name are correct and set correctly in /includes/config.php. You can contact your hosting company's support to check if your database credentials are correct.
