Stuck on Preparing

I sent a campaign out and its been stuck at 'preparing' status for over an hour now. It is only sending to 3 people. I was able to send test emails as well as send out other campaigns under a different brand. The current brand the only difference is the HTML content of the mailer and the send from account.

    Hi,

    The new 1.0.8 version uses CRON to send if CRON is detected to be set up.

    If you're stuck on 'preparing', you may not have set up CRON properly.

    Can you post a screenshot of your CRON setup so I can see if it's setup correctly?
