Hi again Ben, this morning a customer of mine informed me that he was going to send an email to his list of about 10K and when he came back to his computer screen, the counter was near 15k, sure enough I checked the amount of sends and the list size vs amazon records and this is what I found:
10,633 in the list being targeted this morning:
14,842 emails sent to that list
and when checking amazon ses, same amount sent..
I am running the latest version of Sendy, any idea on what to troubleshoot?
I have your Sendy login so I logged in to check. other than the campaign in question, I saw that there was another campaign sent 2 hours after. The SES quota you're seeing is a combination of all emails sent, not just the campaign in question.
Yes, I sent that second campaign personally after the customer complained that sendy kept running, anyway I told him to keep an eye and if that happened again just to refresh the page again and it would get fixed. =) Let's hope situation improves, thanks Ben!
