SES Quota not showing up
Hi,
- I have Sendy set up on my company's web host.
- I have added the AWS info in the settings area.
- The email address being used with SES is verified (but no DKIM currently)
I have created a campaign and sent out a test email. The email process executed without an error with everything in Sendy showing no problems and all the info indicating the emails were sent.
However, nothing has shown up in my inbox. On the Amazon SES console, there is also no indication of any emails being processed. Further, the status box on the top left of the Sendy app still shows 0s for the Amazon SES Quota.
What could be wrong?

It is still showing 0s and emails are being "sent" but not received.
