What happens when a client takes you out of his spam list

edited May 2013 in Questions

We have been using your product for a couple of weeks and we love it and so do our customers.
I have a question some email we sent will automatically go to spam but them the client will will just take it out of their spam list.
But we notice that Sendy will still look at the email client as spam. Is there a way to un-spam users that we know legitimately get our emails.

Best Regards

  • Hi Arun,

If your email automatically lands in the recipient's spam folder when you send out your campaign, neither Amazon nor Sendy will know, hence it won't be marked as spam in Sendy.

Only when a recipient explicitly marks your email as spam, the recipient will be flagged in Sendy.

    Thanks.
