Not from Sendy's interface. But you can run the following query directly in your database to find out:
SELECT SUM(recipients) FROM campaigns WHERE FROM_UNIXTIME(sent) BETWEEN "2013-01-01" AND "2013-05-01"
Date format is YYYY-MM-DD.
