Problem sending first emails

edited October 2012 in Troubleshooting
Hi there,

I've just installed sendy on my server, i think everything is well configurated.

I want to know if it's necessary to have "production access" on SES to start using Sendy.co or i can try with the "Amazon SES Sandbox Emails".

Thanks

  • You can send without production access provided the emails you're sending 'to' and 'from' are both verified at SES.
  • But only using the "Send to a test email address" feature?

Because when i try to use a list the "send newsletter now" button is not activated.

    sendy

(i dont have production access yet)
  • You haven't entered your AWS credentials in Settings.
  • The AWS credentials were filled. But the user was not well configurated, we have agregated "SES full access" and it worked.

    Thanks!
  • I had same problem and I re-entered my aws credentials after domain verified successfully and it solved it.
