Two of clients scheduled their campaigns at the same time. In the end one campaign shows "18 not delivered" and the other "39 not delivered".
What might be the cause? Is there a known issue when sendy handles two simultaneous campaigns?
When you get "x not delivered",
When an email can't be transferred to Amazon SES on the first attempt, Sendy will retry the transfer once again. If the email can't be transferred to Amazon SES after the second attempt, it will be logged into the "x not delivered" CSV.
Thanks, Ben. Do you think the failure of transfer might be due to two campaigns were being sent at the same time?
Found another related issue: I download the emails which were "not delivered" and found they are the same email repeated 39 times (the other repeated 18 times).
You're welcome. These emails are most probably in Amazon SES's suppression list that is why they rejected it.
