Error Message - Invalid license or domain Are you running Sendy on the domain you purchased it for?

Hi,
I purchased and Installed Sendy yesterday and everything was working fine. But for some reason today i'm getting the error "Invalid license or domain Are you running Sendy on the domain you purchased it for?"

I originally purchased the sendy licence using the top level domain (mydomain.com) and have since requested a licence for the sub domain (sub.mydomain.com) which Sendy is installed on, but i still get the invalid licence error message when i try to login.

    Your server may have a firewall that blocks outgoing connections.

    Check with your host if there's a firewall blocking connections.

  • Thanks for the response. I've moved Sendy to a different host and using a different domain. I've sent a change domain name request.
