How to send the confirmation email to already imported email list?

Hi,

I am using sendy. I am having below doubt.

I uploaded a List. Now all emails shows those are Active.

Now i want to send confirmation email to all of my users , to ensure the re-confirmation before they again receives the email.(As many users are signup before a months time).

How i change them as Unconfirmed ?

How can i trace they have given re-activated their subscription?

    Hi,

    When you import a list into Sendy, it's only single opt in. When you previously built your list, you should already have used double opt in if you wanted to.

    Right now, the only thing you can do is to send an email to your list and ask them to unsubscribe if they do not want to receive future emails from you.

    Before importing the List , if its made as Double Opt-in ,all list will be at "unconfirmed" status?

    Will Mail can be sent to unconfirmed status ?( confirmation email)

    How to send a confirmation email for the list , which is going to be imported?

    Hi Kish,

    As mentioned, when you import a CSV into Sendy, it can only be single opt in. Confirmation emails will not be sent when you import a CSV.

    The double opt in setting for your list only takes effect when a user subscribes via the subscribe form or API.
