SES Zero with Permissions and NTP correct?

New upload, new site, licensing went fine.

Amazon SES user for Sendy made, and granted full permissions: http://screencast.com/t/BZDqk1pVHwl3

Hostgator confirms that our server time is synced correctly: http://screencast.com/t/vtCoqnGql4

Yet, unfortunately, sendy still reports my quota's as zeroes: http://screencast.com/t/GKCOLblOYMFC

Even though my Amazon SES quotas are much higher than default: http://screencast.com/t/kMpdR4kWKnK

I also double checked in settings to ensure that both my access & secret key are correct, and they do match.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this any further to get it to show up properly. Help please?

    Hi,

    You've attached the wrong user policy for your IAM user.

    It should be AmazonSESFullAccess instead of AmazonS3FullAccess.
