Sending from different email addresses

Does Sendy allow the sender's email id to be different for a single license? I have a license for mydomain.com, and am sending emails from ashok@mydomain.com . Will I be able to send from ashok@anotherdomain.com? ashok@anotherdomain.com I have verified in Amazon SES panel. Thanks in advance!
