Bounces and complaints not getting the message from Amazon SNS

I'm not getting the details data from Amazon SNS.. I've followed the Sendy instructions from setup tutorial, I've tried to store a log and I've got nothing. Any help?

Thanks for the answer

But that not the problem. I did all configurations for subscribing bounce and complaints and the endpoint is getting the request. The problem is, there's no data! the file_get_contents('php://input'); comes out with nothing!

We got it! The solution was the Apache mod_secure -> disable
